Shipping & Handling

Most of the products curated by Ohe Bamboo are hand crafted, usually by artisans outside the United States. This means that orders can take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Our commitment to you is to process your order within 24 hours of receiving it, always provide an accurate estimate of when your package will be delivered, and to provide you with the tracking number so you can watch the package make its way to your door.

Some of our products ship from the United States, which will typically shave a week or so off delivery times. 

We also absorb the shipping costs, so you don't have to worry about paying the extra fees for overseas shipping, or worry about customs. We take care of all that for our customers.
